These rules apply to comments, reviews, forum posts and reports. They supplement the Terms of Service. Only KivLoft's operator may publish asset files; users cannot upload assets.
Be useful and truthful
Post relevant technical feedback, disclose material conflicts of interest, do not manipulate ratings or download counts, and do not present speculation as a verified security or legal finding.
Prohibited content
- Illegal content or instructions whose publication is unlawful.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or confidential material used without authority.
- Malware, credential harvesting, obfuscated harmful scripts or deceptive downloads.
- Threats, targeted harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing or impersonation.
- Spam, undisclosed promotion, duplicate posts, scams or misleading metadata.
- Content designed to bypass platform security or moderation.
Reviews
A review requires a verified download. Review the asset and its documentation, not the author personally. KivLoft may label or remove reviews that are unrelated, fraudulent, abusive or legally problematic.
Moderation
Possible actions include requesting clarification, limiting visibility, removing content, preserving evidence, restricting an account or notifying appropriate parties. Context, severity, repeat behaviour, legal duties and user safety are considered.
Reports and appeals
Use the relevant report control or the formal reporting page. Include exact URLs, reasons and evidence. Affected users may contact the legal address identified there to request reconsideration.
