Report Content or Infringement

For urgent security reports use legal@kivloft.com. For copyright, trademark, privacy, illegal-content or other formal notices use legal@kivloft.com.

Information to include

1. Your full name, organization and reliable contact details.
2. The exact KivLoft URL and a precise description of the reported material.
3. The legal or factual reason for the report and, where relevant, identification of the protected work or right.
4. Evidence of authority to act for the rights holder, if applicable.
5. The action requested and why it is proportionate.
6. A good-faith statement that the information is accurate. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or unrelated personal data.

Processing

KivLoft will acknowledge sufficiently detailed notices, preserve relevant records, assess the report, and take proportionate action. The publisher may request missing information, notify the affected user where appropriate, and record the outcome. Manifestly unfounded, abusive or repeated bad-faith notices may be rejected.

Malware reports

State the asset name, version, detection engine, signature, reproduction steps and hashes where available. Do not attach live malware by email. A suspected archive may be quarantined while investigated.
